About Liv

A yoga teacher of 8 years; Liv's interests and work span the horizons of everything from climate to health, community, joy and wellbeing, seeing that the solution to one, often links to the solution of another as each are innately woven in the beauty that makes us human; the beauty of being alive. She runs a monthly women's workshop titled 'feminine flow' and writes the substack 'a time to heal journal' detailing her visions and possible solutions for our earth, planet and world.

My journey so far

For as long as I can remember I have been on a journey of exploration: asking big questions from a very young age. They have taken me to seek, to find and to at many times search within myself for answers. When I was very young I wondered and wanted to know what would make us truly happy as humans, signifying that I could feel the people and society I was observing were largely not in fact happy and that I had an inkling there was more to this precious life than we were inhabiting or reaching. As I grew up and started to expand beyond just my life; seeing the ways this played out at a larger scale in our world I started to put 2+2 together and see that, the lifestyles we were leading are having a knock on effect on our world.

And so, I came to realise something that is still to me so very beautiful; that is, the solutions we as individuals and communities need are the same as is needed for all of life to thrive on our beautiful planet.

The disparity and issues in our world today are becoming more highlighted than ever before. I believe that the change that is already underway will come from people, from our courage to bring our gifts forward to change direction by paving a new pathway ahead.

Join me as I journey through solution from finding our each unique and available gifts to give back to this world; to living more authentically as a means for health, wellbeing and joy, to living and realising our most vitality comes from service and purpose. Seeing the invisible webs that join and unite us; the ways we have rejected the unseen, the unknown, the feminine and how it is with this balance of both that holds the very keys we may have not even realised we are searching for. We have the answers, we just need to have the courage and support to act on them.

A new life is waiting for us beyond our fears of stepping outside all that we have known.
