This time of year beckons us to release the old so that there is space for the new. What is falling away to allow you to expand into a deeper version of who you are?

• meditative practice to gain clarity
• journal prompts

Change and transition can be really challenging and uncomfortable, but when we allow ourselves to let go and to trust that we are being guided to something greater, We can let go, surrender and allow it all unfold,

into the gifts and the blessings awaiting us just around the river bend.
